Usage & Licensing Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, payment for the assignment includes a non-exclusive licence for the commissioning client to market the relevant property using the delivered media on property portals such as atHome, the client’s website, social channels, brochures, presentations and comparable property-marketing materials.

Ordinary distribution through portals or service providers acting for that client is permitted. The licence does not automatically transfer to another agency, independent agent, owner, developer or unrelated third party for their own use.

Copyright remains with FORMA31 or the relevant rights holder unless a written assignment or mandatory law provides otherwise. The included licence is not a copyright transfer. Resale, sublicensing, stock-media distribution and unrelated advertising require separate permission.

Public portfolio or promotional use by FORMA31 requires the client’s explicit opt-in authorisation. It is recorded separately in the job workflow; booking or paying does not grant that permission. Refusal has no effect on price, service quality or eligibility. Contact FORMA31 about limits or withdrawal of permission for future use; applicable privacy and third-party rights remain respected.

The client must arrange the necessary access and permissions and identify relevant restrictions. Shoots should avoid identifiable people, private documents and sensitive personal items unless their inclusion is necessary and authorised. The client must have appropriate rights to any logos, music, text or other material it supplies. FORMA31’s own legal obligations remain applicable.

Schematic floor plans and measurements are for property presentation and reference. They are not certified architectural, cadastral, surveying, engineering or construction documents. Do not rely on them to establish legal boundaries, certified areas or construction specifications.
