Matterport / Virtual Tour Hosting Terms

Business registration is being prepared. This information is provisional: the operator’s identity, business address and registration details must be completed before the service terms are finalised.
1. Included period and extensions
Matterport includes 3 months of active hosting. The start and end dates are communicated with the assignment or delivery. Extensions of 3, 6 or 12 months can be ordered at the prices shown in the configurator. No automatic renewal or recurring payment is created by this website.
2. Expiry
The tour may become unavailable when the included or extended period ends. Request an extension before expiry if the listing must remain accessible. Hosting is a time-limited service, not permanent archival storage.
3. Platform and floor plans
Matterport operates the underlying platform. Outages, changes and discontinued features may affect availability; uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. A schematic floor plan is a marketing aid, not a certified survey or construction document. Selecting a floor plan requires Matterport capture, which the configurator adds to the quote.
