Drone & Weather Policy

Every drone operation depends on applicable regulations, airspace restrictions, permissions, privacy, weather, site conditions and safe operation. The pilot makes the final decision whether a flight is lawful and safe. Selecting drone images or footage does not guarantee a flight at a particular property or time.

These conditions apply both to the 2 complimentary drone photos in a base package and to paid aerial coverage or sequences within films and Reels.

For the complimentary drone photos, equivalent exterior or detail coverage is supplied instead as described in the configurator. No separate cash refund applies to an item provided without separate charge.

If a separately paid aerial service cannot be performed, the client will not be charged for the undelivered service unless the parties agree to reschedule it and it is subsequently performed. Any alternative paid scope must be agreed.

FORMA31 may carry out safe indoor or outdoor work, adapt the capture and propose a later date for weather-dependent elements. Specific skies, sunsets or seasonal conditions cannot be promised unless expressly agreed. Any resulting scope or price change is discussed before proceeding.
