Drone & Weather Policy

Drone photography and video are performed only where all of the following allow it: applicable law and regulations; operational conditions; safety; weather; airspace and geographical restrictions; and the pilot's lawful operating conditions.

This applies to every aerial element — including the 2 free drone photos included with base packages, and drone sequences within films and Reels. Selecting drone coverage in the configurator does not guarantee that flying will be possible at a specific property on a specific day.

FORMA31 retains full discretion not to fly where flying would be unsafe or unlawful, and cannot override airspace, privacy or other regulations.

Where aerial photography is not possible, equivalent exterior or detail coverage is supplied instead, per the approved service definition shown in the configurator. Where a booked paid aerial service cannot be performed at all and no equivalent is agreed, the affected element is handled fairly in the confirmation/settlement for that job.

Some exterior and aerial work depends on weather and light. FORMA31 may: perform the safe portions of the job as scheduled; adapt the capture approach to conditions; and propose rescheduling of weather-dependent elements where that clearly serves the result.

Specific skies, sunsets or environmental conditions are not guaranteed unless separately agreed.
