The website code does not add analytics, advertising pixels or first-party marketing cookies. Language is selected through the /en or /fr address. Package choices are passed through the page address when you continue to the request form. Switching language restarts the configuration.

Vercel processes technical requests to deliver and protect the website. Strictly necessary technologies do not require the same consent as optional tracking. This statement does not certify the absence of every cookie set by a hosting provider or an external service you choose to open.

Portfolio videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. The player is loaded when you press play; a preview image can be displayed before that. Matterport’s viewer is loaded when you choose to load a tour. Demo placeholders do not load either player.

Loading an external player connects your browser to its provider, which can receive technical information such as your IP address and use its own storage technologies. YouTube is provided by Google and the 3D viewer by Matterport. Their privacy and cookie policies govern their own processing. Declining to load a player does not prevent you from viewing service information or requesting a package.

You can manage cookies in your browser and leave external players unloaded. Email, telephone, WhatsApp and social links open the corresponding external service when selected. If optional analytics or additional tracking are introduced, this policy and the relevant prior-consent controls must be updated before activation.
